Partidu Democrática Liberal/Partido Democrática Liberal is a re-establishment of Partai Liberal. Its new flag is maybe inspired by U.S. fag. It has seven red and seven white stripes, a blue shield with party emblem in the center.

This seems to be a neoliberal party. Its flag is not unlike that of another minor party of a former Portuguese colony, with a similar outlook: PREA.
